Big Brothers Big Sisters of America names BBBSOK Large Agency of the Year

     Tulsa, OK, June 16, 2009 - Big Brothers Big Sisters of America has named Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma 2009 Agency of the Year. BBBSOK is the number one leader among the organization's large Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies in the nation.

     'Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma is a pacesetter that collaborates with foundation, corporate and individual donors on an effective strategic plan to effectively serve Bigs, Littles and families, creating long-term, results-focused mentoring relationships that help put children on the path to success,' said Judy Vredenburgh, President and Chief Executive Officer, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

     The Big Brothers Big Sisters Agency of the Year award is based on judging against specific criteria that exemplify excellence in sustained growth in the number and quality of children served as well as increased revenues.
