Adeccco's Bike Across America

Great news! BBBSOK-Tulsa is going to be honored as one of the stops during this tour. We would like to invite you or your family and friends who would like to ride to please join us for the 10 mile or 50 mile ride. 

It will be Wednesday, August 17th, 8:30 am at the Adecco office 2250 E. 73rd Street, Tulsa, OK 74136. The route information and rest stops will be provided for the 50 milers.  For every 5 miles ridden per person, Adecco will donate one dollar to big brothers big sisters local chapter in Tulsa. Last year, Adecco Group’s Win4Youth program helped raise thousands of dollars to fund educational opportunities for young people in need. This year they're looking to make an even BIGGER impact with your help and we invite all of our clients to get on their bicycles and join us for local cycling fundraisers across the country.

The 2011 Back-2-School Supply Drive 

About the Event:
American Airlines is partnering with BBBSOK-Tulsa to distribute school supplies to children in need in the Tulsa Metro Area. We're helping Little Brothers and Little Sisters get to start the new year with all the tools they need to succeed. This year's goal is to stuff 150 backpacks.

How to Help:
This drive is currently in swing and will continue until August 5^th. Drop boxes are located at the BBBS office and at First United Methodist, downtown. Click here to view a list of the kinds of items needed. You may also make a cash donation to by clicking here.
